"I bought a stick vac and it was a little over a year and I needed a new dust cannister. They were all out of them and told me they would be in stock in 6 months. Well it has been well over a year. I wrote to the company and they were not sympathetic to my problem. They just don't care. I will never get anything ihome as they have terrible customer service."
