"DO NOT BUY !! Received the item for Christmas . It didn’t charge so I contacted customer support and after them asking one question and me responding they ghosted me . I tried to get it to work for 3 more days and received an error code of F5 which isn’t even in the manual. Support is useless and the vacuum even more so . Leave it on the shelf because that’s where it will end up again if you buy it ."
"Our unit lasted a whole 8 months, replaced no problems. Unit arrived about a week later and it would not take a charge, so went through the process again, again new unit arrived and it also wouldn't take a charge. Well number 3 replacement shows up and that unit also wouldn't take a charge. I believe they would have sent every non- working unit had I kept pushing the issue. I ended up taking back to retailer for a full refund. Word to anyone wanting a wet vac stay far far away from iHome."
"My original WV 10 worked for about 60 days,,,,it quit charging, and even after working with customer service, we could not get it to work. I was sent a new one. Right out of the box, it would not charge. Contacted customer service and still would not charge. I sent videos of both, indicating it was not working."

"Got this for a birthday present and am not impressed it is very loud and has a high pitched tone. I have done all the troubleshooting and still high pitched. Have contacted the company for help and they are not helpful and after reading the other reviews you definitely cannot get replacements for parts or brushes. Would not recommend. The quality is like it was purchased from five and below."
