"We’ve had this thing for a while and it won’t leave the dock to even map. It’s constantly saying that it’s charging even though it’s at 100%. DO NOT waste your money on this. We were stupid and waited so long, it’s out of warranty so there’s no way it’s getting fixed or replaced. Even if it did, I have no confidence in the brand. I don’t understand how they’re still in business."
"I had problems with it connecting to my home wifi and the auto empty working. I figured out of you remove to screen over the moto it should wok."
"This vacuum has constant issues. There is always an error message going off. The vacuum cannot even complete a full mapping cycle. I have already sent in a claim for warranty and this is the second vacuum that I have had so far. Both are horrible. Do not purchase."

"I am satisfied now that my original purchase, which failed after 6 months was reevaluated, and I'm assuming this one is new or refurbished. It works great. However, it should be noted somewhere you cannot program or use the app when you have 5 G. That was not the problem with the unit, which quit moving but is fine now."
"This was a warranty replacement. It had more problems than the original did. Came with dirt in the collector bin, left wheel motor had no power, batteries were already in the remote, power cord was not wrapped. Was told that it had to be a new unit because of the warehouse it was shipped from. Well, it wasn't. Said they would look at it, but I would have to pay for shipping this unit back and it was over $90 USPS. I put it in the trash. Will not buy from this company again."

"I would not recommend this product. I was excited when I purchased it and thought since I have hard wood floors - it would work really well! I set it to do multiple passes in the living room and it still doesn’t clean it. It pushes the sand around or goes over top of it maybe picking up 5% and leaving the rest. I’ve taken numerous photos and videos showing how ineffective it is."

"Love the ease of using this to clean my house. I also like how this vacuum gets into tight spots, under tables, and cleans without have to move things. Mopping is more for a quick clean but I don’t have to mop every day. Works well on area rugs. Auto empty means I don’t have to clean the bin after every run. Would purchase this again."
