"After receiving our complimentary replacement iHome AutoVac and using it for the first time, it was amazing! It picked up everything—even in the corners! And, using the mopping accessory was very easy and worked great! I couldn’t have been more pleased. Than you so much for replacing it for me!"

"They sent me this as a replacement bc the $400 dollar one I paid that came with a dust bin was defective after having me pay for a new battery! This one it’s showing the same price on the site but it’s actually not it’s way cheaper than the one that has the dustbin! But was sent this as a replacement with no refund of the difference in price or refund for the $30 batter I had to pay for! I don’t recommend! These people are crooks and that’s why they don’t have a service number may have to report to bbb."

"Seemed to have more issues than other models. This was an “upgrade” purchased due to the Nova S1 Pro having technical issues that can’t be fixed. It doesn’t have the self empty component. I never had an issue with the S1 getting caught on my low profile rugs. With the S2 I have nothing but issues. Battery doesn’t last as long. At this point looking at other brands. I wouldn’t by this again."

"This vacuum is a powerhouse. The LIDAR technology enabled it to map my area quickly. It leaves the floor looking like new. The wet mop will put a shine. It picks up dust you don’t even see. Highly recommended. Great customer service too!"

"I got Nova2 in December, but all of a sudden it won’t pick up WiFi. Tried to call company and tried writing, ( it wouldn’t send)just need to get this fixed"
