Terrible technology!!!

"I got this vac and I can't even download the app because I have a newer phone!!! Why would ihome sell this product at a premium rate and not keep updating the app so their product can still continue to be supported by updated technology?!?!? What a joke of a product!!!"

Lasted 4 months before battery failed

"It ran fir about 4 months before it quit completely. It says it needs charged and will not take a charge even though it shows it is charging on the docking station. Batteries are not covered under the 1 year warranty either. I now have an expensive weight for the trash. Also, they repair with used parts! Who does this?! Seriously a terrible company. Read more reviews. Do not buy! You will find out why like I did."

Replacement Vacuums they send are faulty

"I submitted a claim for my vacuum because it was leaning sideways and having issues with the sensors. They sent me a replacement, but the replacement was faulty. It would start up and turn on but it wouldn’t move. I contacted them about this and they said that my original warranty was already expired so they weren’t going to do anything about it. I asked them why they would send me a faulty replacement that was only used for about two weeks and they just kept reiterating that my warranty expired (not even a month ago). Definitely would not be purchasing any home products and would definitely not recommend it to anyone. There are much better options in the market!"

Big Mistake

"His vacuum is terrible. I received it for a Christmas gift and it stopped working correctly after maybe two or three times. I contacted the company and could not even get a person on the phone. They wanted to text me back-and-forth with troubleshooting suggestions. Then they wanted me to send them videos. And then they sent me links with videos to watch. And info to read. after about the third time. I just said never mind. There was supposed to be a one-year warranty, but they just wanted to keep trying to troubleshoot it. The vacuum barely picks up anything and it does not always go back to the base. It has been a big disappointment. I will never buy another vacuum from this company. They do not stand behind their product . if I have a one year warranty, it seemed like they would have replaced the vacuum or something. Total waste of time trying to get the issues with the vacuum resolved."

Absolute trash company

"I had high hopes for this vacuum, but I’m extremely disappointed — both in the product and the company behind it. I used the vacuum about five times a week for less than 50 minutes each time, and despite that very reasonable usage, the battery completely died in under five months. When I reached out to the company for support, I was essentially told, “Oh well, too bad. ” They made it clear the battery isn’t covered, and there was no offer to replace it, discount a new one, or take any responsibility. The battery is no longer even sold on their site, which seems to confirm they know there’s a problem with it. This is not how a reputable company treats its customers or stands by its products. I strongly encourage anyone considering this vacuum to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other brands that actually back what they sell. I expected better."

Buyer Beware!

"I received this for a Christmas gift and worked fine for 2 months. Then vac couldn't find the charging station. Called the number and spoke with someone who was able to tell me what to do to fix the problem. Worked for another 2-3 months and started doing the same thing. Tried to call customer service only to find they no longer had a phone number, now you could only text or email. After several attempts with text with me doing all the trouble shooting they suggested, they assumed it was an update that caused the issue so I had to delete the app and reinstall. This step deleted all my maps so I had to set up like it was the first time. Did all that and in the end still did not fix the problem with it not returning to the charging base. The vac went to the base but would not line up and just turned in circles and went off to another room, never docked. They had no other suggestions and even though the warranty info was completed they would not go further without the proof of purchase which I did not receive as it was a gift so they basically said your out of luck."

"This is the worst product I have ever bought!! The first one I owned I had to return with in 30 days because it just quit working!! The second one I own charged fully ONE time and now it won’t do anything at all especially won’t charge!!"
