"I have a Nova Pro cleaner. Using this for about 4 years twice a week. Easy to use, easy to install and manage. Not much noisy. Empties itself. Easy to clean. Thought need nothing else. Perfect. But. . . I've accidently broke mop pad attachment. Can't find part to replace it anywhere. Even contacted factory Customer Service. They said that they will check suitable replacement options and inform. Still waiting. . ."

Terrible experience with Luna Pro and tech support
"Please don't waste your money on this machine nor on this brand. I have had it for less than two weeks. I called for tech support and described a slew of issues. They said that if it's the battery I have to pay for it! That is beyond crazy and ridiculous. They said that "wearable" parts are not covered under warranty. I can understand on the filters, mop pads, brushes etc but the battery on a new item? Also they offered absolutely no troubleshooting. So dissapointed, waste of money and time."

"I strongly dislike this item. The initial one malfunctioned in under 3 months, and the replacement is also subpar. When it completely dies, I struggle to get it to charge. It would be much better if it had a magnetic feature to easily snap and charge, rather than having to wrestle with placing it on the base. Charging it should be a lot simpler."
