"Worked for a year now doesnt work, Customer support tells me to buy new battery. Should NOT have to buy after only 1 year. I don't even know how to replace or where to buy. Horrible support."

"My wife bought this vacuum from Home Depot about two years ago. It worked great for about 18 months. Now it doesn't do anything. I think the battery needs replaced. I would like to get it repaired. It was good while it worked."
Good for a year
"Worked good for a year, cleaned the brush out regularly due to having 2 dogs and the hair would bunch up along the metal bands on the guard. One day I came home and the plastic part on the main brush stripped out. Customer service was great and sent me a new one. They even sent me this one because it was a model better and they didnt make the nova i originally started with Exactly a year later same thing happened and no more warranty because it goes off the main purchase. Both worked great until both randomly failed the exact same way."

It worked great for a while, then it didn't
"It worked great when I first got it, but then it broke. Customer service was great and they sent a replacement. The new one has also started acting weird and coming off the charging base and stopping in the middle of a clean. I haven't had this product for a year and have gone through 2. I paid over $400 for this so it's pretty disappointing it only worked for months."
