"Im just giving you all a honest review. Please do not buy any ihome product. The product is in good shape for one year but you will notice issue after 1 years and there customer support is worst. They wont help you in anything. Save your money and buy from good brand."
"It cleans ok. It doesn’t dump the debris like it’s supposed to. The base always says I need a bag when there’s a brand new bag inserted. I even went through the troubleshooting. I find the place where the vac holds the debris is to small as well especially if you have a pet that sheds. It won’t return the base to dump it will start dragging the hair in different parts of the house. It does not clean area rugs well at all if you have a pet that sheds. It’s frustrating & I’m glad I purchased this on Black Friday. It’s not worth the full price let alone the Black Friday price."
"The remote never worked,but if you are patient it willvacuum.I don't recommend paying that price.The customer service was horrible and I will not buy from this business again because of that."
"My motor died after a month. It started to make a loud rattling and humming noise. Cleaned the sensors, rollers and dustbin. Even decided to factory reset since that’s all troubleshooting was saying. None of that worked. I’ve tried to contact costumer support, submitting an issue won’t go through (getting an error a field isn’t filled out that is filled out) and no one answers the phone. I don’t hate the product. It worked great. Sure it takes a little bit of time to map. Once it does it’s a great little robot. Just disappointed I can’t submit the issue before they come back to find a reason to not accept the warranty."

"Where to start. Very unreliable. Mine has yet to finish my house that is not large by any means. My app is constantly sending me the cliff sensor error. It has gotten stuck in the middle of my hard wood floor and make noise but not move, just the side brush running. I don't know if the suction fan isn't strong enough or what it is but every time it runs it gets stuck somewhere and as pictured this is what I find. I dont thing anything actually makes it into the bin to dump at the auto dock. My old Nova S1 that was great. That lasted for a year before it broke, they did give me warranty on it. Didn't have that model anymore and sent me the next step up. That one also lasted a year, both failed at the brush drive gear on the machine side so not an easy brush replacement and a whole new machine is needed. So I bought this one because it was cheaper and I couldn't afford the good one again only to last a year. Every time it runs I have to clean it and take it back to the dock. Huge waste of money. Better to save up and get a different brand."
"Let me start by saying my house is basically a large empty space because I’m in minimalist. This robot does not clean neatly row by row. It is random. It will start on one end and skip two large areas and spend all its time cleaning over the same area and just die there. It struggles to find its home base I have to carry it over. It bumps into the wall and every large furniture it can find. The app is constantly saying the sensors are obstructed even though there is no smudging or dust on them. I move the robot to the area it skipped and it stubbornly goes back to where I picked it up. The mapping is basically just the area the robot cleaned and then it disappears."
"No matter what i do it does not set schedules the way it needs to be set, i have it going off at 11am each day and sometimes ill go back home and it didnt cean or it will go off at 5pm, somethings wrong with this"
"Every other day, I run it to collect dust and dog hair. It can clean 1300 square feet in one charge, which my old vacuum cannot. It dies in the middle of cleaning, but Juno can finish the entire house with enough juice left to go back to its dock and recharge."
