Sixth times the charm???. . .

"I've had great disappointment with this product, BUT. . . the customer service has been phenomenal!!! My initial purchase didn't work. The second didn't work properly. The third was returned for repair. The fourth is struggling. The fifth works occasionally. The sixth is working thus far. I gave only three stars because of the issues I've had and the number of times product had to be shipped to me. The customer service department was awesome. They did stay in touch, closely worked with me, were patient, supportive, courteous and moved expeditiously. I can't say enough about Melanie and her team trying to make my situation RIGHT!!! Kudos to them for their efforts!"

Did I Get A Lemon?

"What a disappointment. Only one suction. Battery runs out after 15 minutes. Never cleaned whole room. Never cleaned whole house. I compared with Nova 1 and Nova 1 is hands down 100% better. I just wish Nova 1 had a dirt collection unit like this auto vac."

"We got this product in December of 2022 it ran till February of 2023 broke down had to call warranty they made it really difficult to get there product warranted got the product back it ran for a week and broke down again so here we go again buy a different brand trust me not worth the headache"

just don’t do it

"ive had this for little over two weeks now and it gives me more issues than greatness!!!! i was so super excited to get this ihome and it has disappointed me since the second day i got it. it doesn’t go home properly. it cleans wonderfully but thats it. it doesn’t start on time and it will only clean for a about 15min then it will suddenly stop with nothing being on the floor. just save your $$ honestly"

Perfect for everyday use

"The vacuum robot arrived in good condition and on time. It has now been in service for about 14 days with us. You can control the vacuum robot and set the suction power, language, and so on using the app. It vacuums extremely well and also mops the floor for us. Perfect. It is convenient because it can be controlled via the iHome app. We wholeheartedly recommend this equipment."

Very useful

"I'm very pleased with this vacuum. My German shepherd is constantly shedding fur. And children who "shed" food crumbs. I couldn't keep up with vacuuming the house manually once a week. This Eclipse Pro has rescued me. I just leave it running while I work and it cleans by itself. It vacuums under the sofa, which I rarely get to. It removes dog food that the dogs have left near their bowls. Installation is a piece of cake. When it is finished or needs to self-empty its dustbin, it returns to the charging station."

"Given that we have a dog and a cat, we purchased this to assist with vacuuming downstairs. We were very pleased with how well this worked. It easily navigates around items and covers a lot of ground. The dust bin was full of dust and pet hair after just one round. I liked how it didn't collide with anything before changing course. Overall, if you want a simple vacuum that you can "start and forget," this is a great option at an affordable price."

High quality

"This vacuum is a favorite with our family of two. It collects all of the crumbs that would otherwise get stuck to the bottom of my bare feet. Strong suction (much better than my other vacuums) When it becomes clogged (for example, by running over a kid's sock), it does this strange back and forth thing until it is free. That's pretty cool. That has never happened before. When it detects carpet rather than hard wood flooring, it switches to a different mode. Overall, very simple to set up and a great buy."
