"I had this vac for 3 years. It almost ran every single day. I have 6 dogs and a cat, so I have tons of pet hair. This autovac was my best buddy!!! Once the vac had problems and I called for help. The company sent me a replacement part without any hassle. When it finally died, I bought a shark autovac on sale. It does not compare!!! (Suction, hair removal etc.) If this one breaks down, I will return to ihome."
